IDEA Gelato took part in SIGEP 2026, the leading international event for the foodservice industry, presenting new solutions designed for contemporary artisanal gelato.
Once again this year, IDEA Gelato took part in SIGEP World. From 16 to 20 January, the Rimini trade fair welcomed professionals from the gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery and pizza sectors.
For IDEA Gelato, SIGEP represents a moment of direct dialogue with gelato makers and international partners. An opportunity to share ideas, listen, and present new solutions designed for authentic artisanal gelato.
The IDEA Gelato stand was designed in line with the recent evolution of the brand’s identity: a recognizable space, coherent with our values. Our new “Made in Treviso” stamp, clearly visible, proudly highlighted the strong connection with our city.




THE IDEA GELATO INNOVATIONS PRESENTED AT SIGEP 2026
During SIGEP 2026, we introduced several new proposals, created with the aim of offering distinctive products that keep pace with market evolution.
MR. MALTIN
A rich and creamy cocoa variegate that pairs harmoniously with gelato, enhancing its sweetness with intense notes. The crunchiness of malt biscuits adds character and a pleasant contrast of textures, for a rich and indulgent result.
DRAGON FRUIT
A delicate and refreshing gelato, with notes reminiscent of ripe kiwi. The small seeds provide a subtle contrast to the creaminess of the gelato, creating a light and surprising tasting experience.
MANGO SUGAR FREE
A flavour with a bright, golden colour, typical of ripe mango.
Intense, naturally sweet and fresh, with no sucrose or added sugars. A proposal designed for those looking for something indulgent, without giving up well-being and quality.
These new products reflect our approach: combining craftsmanship, research and ease of use, offering professionals concrete tools to interpret new taste trends.


BIBI AT SIGEP 2026: A SYMBOL THAT COMES TO LIFE
Making the SIGEP experience even more special was the presence of BiBi, our mascot.
For the first time, BiBi truly came to life: a real presence among smiles, photos and gadgets shared with visitors. A symbol that created spontaneous connections, making meetings at the fair even more memorable.
