2 Collection of personally identifiable information during navigation on our website

When you contact us via email or through any contact form, you will be requested the following data:

  • Email address;

  • Name and surname;

  • Company name / Business name;

  • Headquarters;

  • Phone number;

  • Role in the company.

This information is needed for the provision of the following services:

4 Use of social plug-ins

This happens even if you are not registered with the social network of the respective provider. 5 Analysis

For the purposes of analysis and optimization of our websites, we use the various services described below. This allows us to analyze, for example, how many users visit our site, what information is most requested, and how users find the website. The data we collect includes the websites from which the user arrives at another website (“referrer”), which subpages of the website they access and with what frequency, and the period of time for which they view a subpage. Tag Manager facilitates the integration and management of our tags. Tags are small code elements that serve, for example, to measure traffic and user behavior, record the effects of online advertising and social channels, set up remarketing, focus on target groups, and test and optimize websites. 6 Existence of an automated decision-making process

7 Rights of the data subject

At any time, the data subject shall have the right to:

  • Obtain from the Company confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, in such case, obtain access to the information referred to in Art. 15 of the Regulation;

  • Obtain the rectification of inaccurate Data concerning them, or, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the integration of incomplete Personal Data;

  • Obtain the deletion of their Personal Data, in the presence of one of the reasons referred to in Art. 17 of the Regulation, where applicable;

  • Withdraw consent at any time in cases where it was previously provided. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent previously given;

  • Obtain the limitation of the processing of their Data if one of the hypotheses referred to in Art. 18 of the Regulation occurs;

  • Object to the processing of their Personal Data, for reasons related to their particular position, where applicable;

  • Receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the Personal Data concerning them provided, as well as to transmit such Data to another data controller, in the cases and within the limits referred to in Art. 20 of the Regulation.

The Company might request further information before processing requests if it needs to verify the identity of the natural person who submitted them. Pursuant to the GDPR, the Company is not authorized to charge costs for fulfilling one of the requests reported in this paragraph, unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, and in particular have a repetitive character. In cases where an INTERESTED SUBJECT requests more than one copy of their personal data or in cases of excessive or unfounded requests, the Company might (i) charge a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs incurred to fulfill the request or (ii) refuse to satisfy the request.
